I am a writer who has published three books, two in the holistic health field, and one a colorful history of my parent's lives.
Several other books are complete, including a memoir of my life in the turbulent Sixties.

My family, English in origin, has lived on several continents, including Africa, where I was born. Currently, I live south of Boston and work as an acupuncturist, my profession for 38 years. I am well-versed in the field of Asian medicine, body work, and Chi Kung.

For many years, I have explored meditation, spiritual practices, and practical philosophy. My partner Lorraine and I share a love for gardening and nature, and have visited forests, mountains and prairies around America, and elsewhere.
